I know not many like to think of their own demise, but I think it may be aa good way to reflect upon your life.
How would you like your children to remember you? Would they remember you as the absent parent, or the parent to busy to spend a few minutes with them to talk or play?
Do they think you are cold, unapproachable or uncaring? Are you the parent with a cigarette hanging from your lips, telling them its bad to smoke, or are you the person happy to numb your mind with drugs or alcohol?
Remember, as parents, we are our children’s role models and their educators. The lessons we teach them are not just in what we say and do, but also in things we do not say or do.
